[Integrated Operational Policing<\/em><\/strong> (<\/span>iOP<\/strong>) or the <\/span>Integrated Operational Policing Program<\/em><\/strong> represents a millennial approach to Community Policing through the development of triadic communication between positive, necessary Stakeholders. <\/span>iOP<\/strong>\u2019s is the advent of the next generation of Operational Policing and Effective Leadership within the American Law Enforcement community. The introduction of this innovative policing approach is designed to eliminate the divide between the many Community Stakeholders and Peace Officers that protect and serve their communities.<\/span><\/p>

The autonomy of police agencies undermines the effectiveness of operational activities, builds mistrust between stakeholders, and offers no protection for the many agencies and the sovereigns that they protect. iOP is developed to change the rhetoric of \u201ccop hating\u201d to the real problems that plague the many communities by involving the necessary Stakeholders in Operational problem-solving in advance of an incident of Societal Violence. Through the diversification of Stakeholder culpability, iOP provides greater protection for the agencies and sovereigns that effectuate enforcement in the several communities.<\/p>

The Constitution provide the concept of a \u2018town square right\u2019 to air the Stakeholder\u2019s public grievances and seek public redress of from the Peace Officers.
