The art of law enforcement has evolved tremendously since the post-Civil War, Reconstructive era of the United States. As the Millennial Generation of peace officers enter public service, Police Science is seeking to embody the best practices of the past while developing the intellectual and scientific methodologies of future generations. Though several methodologies are utilized in a law enforcement management setting, the ‘best method’ have been debated and theorized for half a century. Robert is developing a methodology that incorporates traditional best practices and the concurrent innovations into the theoretical management model of Integrated Policing. I am seeking an institutional that permits and encourages the research and development of scholarly activities that test, research, develop, and validate the many theorems in Police Science.
